Dendra Science (“Dendra Science,” “us,” “our” or “we”) respects the privacy of the users of our Service (as defined in our Terms of Use) including the visitors to the https://dendra.science/ website (“Site”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) is an agreement between Dendra Science and you, as the user of the Dendra Science Service (“you”). We may ask you for certain “personal information,” which includes information that pertains to your identity. Such information may include, but is not limited to, items such as your name, address, email address, telephone number. We may also collect your credit card or debit card number through a third-party payment vendor; however, we will not store any payment information without your written consent. You may be required to provide personal information to access or use certain parts of our Service or features. If you do not provide the requested personal information, you may not be able to access or use the features of the Service where such information is requested.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect: We collect the following categories of personal information: Real name, email, address, IP address; If you fill in a detailed profile, then your name, address, telephone number, education, employment, employment history; IP address, browser info, user activity; job title and employer only if you choose to provide this in your profile; Education information only if you choose to provide it.

11.2. How We Obtain Your Personal Information: We collect personal information when you create an account or choose to fill in a profile.

11.3. How We Use Your Personal Information: We collect, use, and disclose personal information for one or more of the following purposes: For authentication purposes. Optionally if they want to affiliate themselves with an organization.

11.4. How Long We Retain Your Personal Information: The length of our retention of your personal information depends on multiple factors including your active status as a user and our then-current protocols.

Users are automatically opted-on when creating an account. This is stated in the account dialog as “agree to process and store”.

Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties, provide you a different level or quality of goods or services, suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

11.7.8. Authorized Agents: Before we can respond to a Request to Know, Request to Delete, or Request to Correct submitted by an authorized agent, we need to verify not only that person or entity’s authority to act on your behalf but also verify the identity of the authorized agent. An email from your account is likely sufficient; however, a call or other verifying method may be required.
